a WAP push message each week taking you to the Splash wap site where you can choose 5 Ringtones, Games, Videos, or Graphics from over 10,000 titles. The service is charged at 5 dollars per week or part thereof. Standard operator SMS/WAP/GPRS charges apply.

Why have I received an e-mail from Splash?

We occasionally send out e-mails to let you know about the latest products and services from Splash.

Why have I received a message on my phone?

Splash sometimes sends out marketing messages. You have not been charged for this message as it is simply an invitation to join our Ringtone Club. If you download a ringtone you have then joined the Club. If you don't, nothing more will happen.

It looks like I may have been charged. Why is that?

How do I stop receiving messages on my phone?

Just text STOP to 19766776 and you not receive any future marketing or Ringtone Club messages from us. You will be permanently removed from all our services. You can also unsubscribe by contacting us.

Vodafone Customers: You may be restricted from sending STOP to 19766776, if so contact us to cancel your service.

I tried to download a ringtone but it didn't work. What do I do?

Contact us and we'll re-send the tune you want to your phone!
